1. Create an offer on the 1^st browser
2. Copy offer and send to the 2^nd browser
3. Paste offer in 2^nd browser and click Join
4. Create an answer on the 2^nd browser
5. Copy answer and send to the 1^st browser
6. Paste answer in 1^st browser and click Join
7. Messages can now be sent between browsers
